We are trained, experienced, certified, licensed in both Alabama and Tennessee, and easy to talk with. We generally spend around four hours on site, thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the Property being inspected from the roof to the crawl space and all areas in between.

We encourage you to be present at the inspection if possible. That way, we can discuss the concerns and problems found as well as ideas for maintaining the home into the future. Can't be there for the entire inspection? If at all possible, try to be present toward the end of the inspection so we can walk around the house together and point out the issues.
Following the inspection you will receive a Certified Home Inspection Report that is professional, concise, easy-to-read and filled with valuable insights and information. The report tells you about the problems and concerns found with the home, and also lets you know the "good" aspects. We want you to know as much as possible about the home, good and bad; we will even include helpful photos.
You'll get a real education about the home. Don't worry, we'll explain everything in easy-to-understand terms. We are a "Jargon Free" Company!

After the inspection, you'll receive our handy "Life Expectancies" chart to let you know average life spans for various components in the house.
We send all of our Clients a "Home Inspection Tip Of The Month", via e-mail. These helpful tips are designed to keep you in tune with what really needs to happen around your house on a regular basis.
We've sent "Tips" on everything from keeping your Clothes Dryer Vent Line cleaned out in order to prevent a fire, to letting you know how often smoke detectors should be replaced. Talk about helpful... most people are not aware that smoke detectors should ever be replaced!
There is also a monthly newsletter in a "News You Can Use" format. "Helpful Home Maintenance Tips" and "Helpful Websites" will also come your way.
